What a day. It is so amazing to hear and to see the incredible progress that Noland has made in the course of just 2 days. Last night the orthopedic Doctor came and gave Noland a stomach and back brace to help his pain and discomfort in his waist. This morning Noland was able to take his first steps. Wow. It's crazy that just 2 days ago he was involved in such a terrible accident and now he is walking. He first took a few steps to the recliner where the doctors allowed him to sit for 1 hour to have a change of position. The doctors thought that would be enough for the day but our brave Noland wanted to keep fighting. He told my dad he wanted to walk. They got 2 nurses to assist him in taking about 30 feet in the hallway. He did. He walked, it was hard and painful, but he did it. He is so strong. I want everyone to know that he is only where he is right now because of Jesus Christ and all of the fervent prayers that have been sent his way. The only word to describe his recovery is MIRACLE! There is no other way that he would be able to be in this condition without Him. Thank you, thank you, thank you. To Christ, and to you, who have been such incredible prayer warriors during this time of true hardship. We are grateful and blessed, The Glenn Family

Gooie, you precious child. I'll keep up with your blog. I love you all and immediately when Mrs. Sexton called me Sunday, I prayed and then came the sense that Noland would be okay. God is with you and we pray with thanksgiving in all things that His presence is with you. Proverbs 4:20-24. Love, Mrs. Whitley
