I want to update everyone who has been so graciously praying over Noland. Today has been probably his hardest day. He had little to no sleep last night due to his exceeding amount of pain in his stomach where the surgery was. With a restless night, the doctors decided to put him on medication in replacement of morphine which is called dilaudid. With this medicine he is doing better but is still having a great amount of pain in his stomach and right leg. Noland also was also taken this afternoon to get a CT scan on his stomach where the surgery was performed. Although the doctors were not expecting any abnormalities in the scan, there was an obstruction in his intestine which may be an issue. As of now, the surgeons and doctors are doing their best to decide whether or not they will do a second surgery on Noland. We are praying that whatever the decision is, Noland will continue to recover with miraculous success and stay storing during this hard time. Knowing that we serve an omniscient and all knowing Father is such a comforting and reassuring thing to know during this time of such hardship. I am so grateful that God has continued to work all for His good, and I know that he continued to watch over my sweet brother with his precious love. We cannot express enough how much we are grateful to each and every one of you who have been praying and thinking of Noland. It means the world to us and Noland is so happy to hear that there are so many people surrounding him with love and prayer. Please continue to pray for Noland as he still has a long road to recovery, but we know that with Jesus Christ he will get through this!! Much love, The Glenn Family
